Who we are

Talentport is an executive recruitment company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. We operate as a data controller under GDPR for personal data collected through this website.

Data we collect

• Employers: Name, work email, company name, and any role details you submit via the contact form.
• Candidates: Name, email, phone, LinkedIn URL, career preferences, and availability as submitted via the registration form.
• Website visitors: Anonymised analytics data via PostHog (page views, referrer, device type). Data is processed in the EU. No personally identifiable information is collected without your explicit action.

Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — candidate registrations and newsletter sign-ups.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — responding to employer enquiries and managing our client relationships.

Data retention

Candidate data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of registration, or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first. Employer enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years.

Your rights

Third parties

We use Supabase (EU-hosted) for data storage and PostHog (EU-hosted) for anonymised traffic analytics. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
